Our courier delivers door-to-door all over South Africa. Please allow 2 – 5 working days for shipping. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email and a personal message on WhatsApp, notifying you that your order is on it’s way.

It’s important to provide us with the correct ring size, as clients are responsible for any resizing costs incurred due to an incorrect measurement. Please note that resizing can place stress on the ring, and some designs may not be suitable for resizing at all. In such cases, we may recommend creating a new ring from scratch to ensure the integrity of the design. We encourage you to double-check your size to avoid any issues and ensure a perfect fit!

If you’re unable to have your ring size measured professionally, we can send you a metal ring sizer to measure your ring size in the comfort of your own home. We recommend this option over plastic or paper sizers for better accuracy and reliability. Please note that shipping costs for this service will be your responsibility.
