Voucher Value
Gift vouchers are available in various denominations, as specified on the website. The value of the voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
Redemption
The gift voucher can be redeemed on our website for or in-store jewellery purchases. It is valid for one-time use only and must be used in full at checkout.
Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the voucher will no longer be valid, and the balance will be forfeited.
Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift vouchers. If your voucher is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. Replacement vouchers may be issued at our discretion.
No Change Given
No change will be provided if the value of the gift voucher exceeds the value of the order. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.
Cancellation
